Shipping Information

Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you’re in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or any other city, your order will reach you safely.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Areas: 5–7 working days
  (During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, delivery may take a little longer.)

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email with your order details. Orders are only processed once confirmation is received.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At MegaBazar Online, your satisfaction matters most. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange
✔ Return/exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
❌ Sale items, perfumes, beauty products, and used items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Process

1. Contact our customer support with your order details.
2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
3. Once approved, send the product back to our warehouse address.

Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are made through bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange

• If the requested size/design is available, we will ship the exchange product once the original item is received.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty/damaged.
• MegaBazar Online reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
